Accueil de la standardiste très étonnant pour une entreprise : - je lui décris mon projet - incapable de me proposer une date pour un devis. Émet des jugements de valeur (« vous m’avez l’air pressé » ?!), me coupe la parole - après plusieurs minutes d’une conversation chaotique sans aucune indication sur une possible date de visite technique, elle me dit que « de toute façon ça n’est pas moi qui gère la partie technique, il faudra faire une visite » (oui merci, c’est pour ça que j’appelle…) - me met en attente sans me prévenir au milieu de la conversation… (à tel point que je pensais qu’elle avait fait une erreur et appuyé sur le mauvais bouton) - me récupère en me disant que finalement « elle ne donnera pas suite », sans me dire ni pourquoi ni comment et me dit « de toute façon il y a plein d’électriciens à Saint Palais » (!!) Rarement vu ça…

(so much so that I thought she'd made a mistake and pressed the wrong button) - Reconnected me by telling me that "she won't follow up," without telling me why or how, and then told me "Anyway, there are plenty of electricians in Saint-Palais" (!!) Rarely seen that...

LAMENTABLE! Je n'avais encore jamais vu un tel concentré de "JE M'EN FOUTISME", a tel point qu'il faut le vivre pour le croire. Il aura fallu à cette entreprise faire 7 ou 8 interventions dont 3 ou 4 totalement inutiles car les ouvriers n'avaient ni les outils et/ou ni le matériel nécessaire pour faire les travaux. Les problèmes étaient une fuite de chasse d'eau, un fuite vase d'expension, 1 wc bouché et 3 robinets de radiateur qui fuyaient, tout cela était déjà présent à notre arrivée dans cette location. Cette MASCARADE à duré un an. Le dialogue ne passant pas avec le responsable de cette entreprise, concernant une surconsommation d'eau d'environ 30% sur l'année, il fût convoqué par un expert du bâtiment afin de s'expliquer sur la lenteur des travaux, mais il ne se présenta pas au rendez-vous. En plus de cette absence totale de professionnalisme, le responsable n'a visiblement pas non plus le sens moral suffisant pour assumer la responsabilité des conséquences . A FUIR ABSOLUMENT.

The problems were a leaking toilet, a leaking expansion tank, 1 blocked toilet and 3 leaking radiator valves, all of which were already present when we arrived in this rental. This MASQUERADE lasted a year. As the dialogue with the manager of this company was not going well, concerning an overconsumption of water of approximately 30% over the year, he was summoned by a building expert to explain the slowness of the work, but he did not show up for the appointment. In addition to this total lack of professionalism, the person responsible clearly does not have the moral compass to take responsibility for the consequences. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
